Position Summary:

The Sales Representative role is responsible for leading sales efforts to generate new business by contacting potential customers to determine their needs, setting price and production expectations; and following up on every customer request to keep our customers satisfied.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
• Personally visit client sites and offices throughout the area of operations to generate sales, maintain and develop relationships to expand current customer sales and grow customer base.
• Meet sales goals, objectives, and deadlines.
• Ability to establish customer rapport, build business relationships and close sales.
• Excellent prospecting / sales skills and techniques
• Ability to accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely, legible manner, according to applicable procedures and/or work order.
• Exceptional customer service and follow-up
• Responsible for knowledge of drilling and completion schedules and establishing potential future sales opportunities.
• Works with administrative personnel to complete tickets and paperwork including rental invoices, billing rental days, rental agreements.
• Be able to obtain MSAs and credit applications to set up new customers.
• Communicates and coordinates with Dispatchers for pre-loading of a job until job completion.
• Provides bi-weekly reports and forecast.
• Keeps an accurate schedule of rental days and turns in reports to appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Must be an energetic, assertive initiative-taker with a positive attitude who is eager to gain valuable sales and marketing experience in an exciting atmosphere.
• Responsible for always conducting oneself in a professional manner including personal appearance and interaction with the customer.
• Ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Drive long distances in all types of weather.
• Able to travel throughout sales territory.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Qualification

• MUST PROVIDE A SALES BOOK OF EXISTING CUSTOMERS.
• Proven record of generating 1-3 million per year in sales.
• Strong work ethic
• 5 years of relevant oilfield sales experience
• Candidate must live in the Odessa/Midland area.
• Proficient in Microsoft excel, word.
• Ability to write routine correspondence.
• Ability to use and apply basic math skills.
• Safe driving history
• Pass criminal background.
• Pass drug test

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
